Body

Pay attention to how your food turns into you

Breathe in the tree, breathe out for the tree

Before sleeping, write down everything you think is you or you hold for truth. Go to sleep knowing this is not you. You are not these accumulations.

Sit erect for a few hours a day

Pay attention to something in your body (pulsating blood, finger, etc.) 11min, 3 times a day.

Sit still 5-7min and slow down your breath to 12-3 times a minute once a day.

Have a lot of contact with earth, if the body looses the contact it starts to make fanciful demands.

Or you ride the cycle or you get crushed by it

Eat twice a day and digest 2,5h.

Cherish your food. Eat fresh food.

Chew more after 15min the body feels full

Eat many seeds and nuts. Soak for 6-8h and peel the skin.

In a cycle of 40-48 days go without eating for a total of three days or just eat fruit.

Experiment with the ratio uncooked vs. cooked food 50/50?

Put your hands together to feel more unity within yourself

Put your hands together and pay loving attention to any object you use or consume or any form of life that you encounter. Feel unity with everything.

Mind

Every hour, think that all objects around you (bag, money, relationships, heaviness in the heart) are things you have accumulated.

Bow to something every hour, then every minute. Everything you cannot grasp is in a higher state of existential intelligence than you are. When you REALLY see this, you are a devotee. Don’t be an outsider to the life process. Dissolve into life.

Only let 5-10 drops / min come out of your tap. Put attention to it 15-20min/day. This can initiate a process of sensitization and clarity and flow (dharana- that which flows not water).

Sit for an hour and think, if you think about food, sex, your car, your jewelry, your furniture (people and things- your identification is essentially your body. If your thoughts are about what you would like to do in the world- your identification is essentially your mind.

Try to do physical movements with precision- this is about dipping your intellect in awareness.

At the moment before falling asleep when you go from awakenedness to sleep try to be aware. You will see it is a lot of work.

The first possible thing in the morning, try to be aware of your breath or your body. - If you achieve walking with awareness and moving from wakefulness to sleep with awareness, you are deathless.

Remove from your mind the idea that thought is intelligence. The whole process of creation is a fantastic expression of intelligence. The first step is to recognize that every aspect of life, from the atomic to the cosmic- is a manifestation of a far greater intelligence than your minuscule intellect.

Love is never between two people. It is what happens within you. Your interiority needs not to be enslaved to someone or something else. Sit with something that means nothing to you for 15min for a few days in a row. You can look upon it with as much love as your child. If you look upon everything lovingly, the whole world becomes beautiful in your experience.

Energy

If you don’t fear physical or psychological pain, you become free.

Every day for 5min. Imagine you are alone in the world, no one to acknowledge you or critique you. What would you truly miss, what would really matter? (My family, traveling, information) -you will become aligned with the longings of the life that you are behind karma.

Physiological Cycles every 40-48min. Once you see that with the necessary attention and awareness you can ride the cycle and move towards transcendence from the limitations that these cycles set. An opportunity to become conscious every 40min. Be in sync with the solar and lunar cycles.

Focus at a point (6-9 inches) (152,4mm -228,6mm) 15-22cm away from agna for 12-48min with your eyes open to realize the nature and structure of your individual chakras. (Kriya yoga) this can help you stabilize the random movement of chakras in the human physiology due to stressful external situations. Allows you to access your inner Akashic or etheric dimension.

Karma is like old software that you have written for yourself, unconsciously. Depending on the type of actions that you perform, you write your software. Once you write a certain type of software, your whole system functions accordingly.

You think is a new day. The more things change, the more they stay the same, not physically but experiential.

A frontal chock consequence of strong attachment or strong aversion.

Yogic practices involve postures, breath, attitude of the mind and energy activation.

Understanding comes first and out of that, a sprout of self-respect/self-appreciation.
