semiquincentennial cycle

I hope I am kind of in the middle of my life. Seven generations back including me would mean that my first ancestor of this cycle (if I am the last) was born around 1818 (Gregorian calendar), counting with a length of 250years/7 generations.

One galactic year is how long it takes for our sun to orbit around the center black hole of our galaxy, the Milky Way, it's about 225-250 million Earth years. This is now around 18 complete circuits.

Our colon cells change every 3 to 5 days and our muscle cells can take up to 70years to renew. This gives an average of 7 to 10 years of cell renewal.

The average country lasts for 150years. Empires and dynasties generally last 200 to 300years and kingdoms around 550years.

Some cycles are much longer than our individual lives. Massive shifts in power due to high or low intensity colonialism takes can take centuries. Shifts in spiritual beliefs can take millennia.

I am so curious to know how a population (of the same type of living organism) would be like that held as a common spiritual belief that they could recode their epigenetics and even some features of their DNA. The aim being to be synchronized with all life on earth.

But for this (spiritual belief of synchronicity among life) to peak it could take millennia. That takes maaaany generations. I think helping out to end a life-destroying empire is easier to get a grip on and therefore more doable.

If I look 7 generations into the future, the grand grandchild of my grand grandchild would die around the year 2236.

What spiritual belief system do I think they would feel blissful in? What solution to individual violence capital do I think they would not be the oppressor in and neither be the oppressed?
